As an aside, it's a nice flat other than getting no light into the bedrooms.1 -

As an aside, it's a nice flat other than getting no light into the bedrooms."...The well proportioned accommodation extends to welcoming reception hall, feature bright dining lounge open plan to modern kitchen, with access to large balcony. There are two double bedrooms with master en suite shower room. Access from master to additional large balcony."Definition of veranda https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/verandaNote sure about looking safer, it definitely looks nicer.

https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/146773151#/?channel=RES_BUYThere's a number of HMO's/student lets in the streets around there. I suspect it was one of those. It's a shame as the sea front and park are absolutely beautiful, but some of the streets off it are run down.About five mins walk away, you have houses such as these.
