It is extremely cluttered but the surfaces are shiny, the windows and mirrors sparkling and cloths neatly folded. They are making a lot of work for themselves but not get rid of a lot of the stuff but it doesn't look dirty at all to me.ProDave said:

Picture 7 shows a dirty bathroom with mould, picture 8 has a mouldy/dirty wall and the windows are filthy, the kitchen just isn't clean, etc.....0 -

I doubt we do have different standards I just don't seem to be seeing what you see. Damp is not always down to cleanliness. I know, I know, it can be helped by better ventilation but if you have children and can't afford heating that is not always possibleRelievedSheff said:
