I think it gets a D on its EPC as well but EPCs make me grumpy so I won’t go into that.

It looks a nice house and garden. It's a nice house and a nice garden. A pity that it seems it will probably go and be rebuilt.

That was for sale 10 years ago! Also note incorrect spelling of "storeys", but as the agent is Canadian, perhaps that is a North American spelling

I'll go far beyond ten years into the past. Here is the Shanidar cave in Kurdistan, where neanderthal bones were found. I wonder if it meets current regulations for a buy-to-let and whether a mortgage lender will undervalue it.
