£310k to live in what looks like a glorified shed in someone's garden, I think I'll pass. The plug sockets alone are awful in my opinion. 

It does appear to have been sold in 2019 for £335k. My Husband would be quite happy to  live in Cam but there are much better homes for a similar price in that area

Oddly, I quite like that....

The art on the walls in this place made me flinch especially the brown maelstrom in the formal dining room but the red chap self-portrait in the sitting room wasn't much better.

Thanks for that. I hadn't realised it was a self-portrait mostly because I took one look and recoiled but don't think I'd have guessed anyway as the artist's viewpoint is so direct.
