There is a toilet under the stairs so does seem doable.

I rather like it when people have garden gnome fever. There's a house like that near us. What's the collective nown for gnomes I wonder? A mushroom?

They have at least not really featured the gnomes in the photos. Unlike some other properties we've seen.
