Has the kitchen been extended to incorporate the room next to it?

You can see something on the ceiling. So maybe the previous use of that room was a children's playroom and they left the swing because it still amused the kids. Or maybe the parents are swingers.... See what I did there?

Looks like a bit of repointing is needed. I'd also want to see the Fensa certificate for the windows and hope the CH boiler has been regularly serviced. As there is a reference to Mary QOS I would hope the place isn't jinxed as she met a rather unfortunate end

The good news is that based on the average for properties in the area, the monthly energy bill is predicted to only be about £105 per month.

I read the posts before I visited the link to the castle property.

Thanks for making me inhale hot coffee.  That's what my father would have described as "in need of some modernisation".  I love how EAs describe these things.

I sort of feel that the carport is over-engineered.
