Due to the plants at the front, I believe it's the house slightly to the down/right of the second blue (planning permission) blob that has that ... 'attic extension'.
If the house is the slightly upper/left blue blob one, then this is the planning permission. The position marker for RightMove is between those two houses.
The images on that application look nothing like this extension on stilts.
Just used the streetview link on the rightmove page https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/141891929#/?channel=RES_BUY. The house is called 'Ty Gwyn'. 'Rhos y garreg' is to its left and 'Gwaen y dderwn' to its right. You can see the offending extension from the road when positioned in front of either neighbour.
unless it was for some kind of retrospective permission, though that is for a different house anyway.0 -
If you have nothing constructive to say just move along.1

Returning to the house with the extension on stilts - perhaps it tells us everything we need to know about it that presumably the agent wasn't willing to go into it to take photos!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Her courage will change the world.
Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.1 -
It reminded me a bit of a house that I used to pass regularly when we still lived in Reading. That had a stilts extension too (I used to worry that it would eventually fall down) but it wasn't a patch on that one0

It is rather wonderful isn't it? Actually, probably a bit of a bargain even if the mooring costs are included. Mind you, if you aren't tied to any particular place and could just take off in it, it really would be a lark1 -
Oh. My. God. The photos. The price! (I'm familiar with this area and I am gobsmacked with it!). The estate agent description! I am stunned. 😬🤯 https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/145449563?utm_medium=email&utm_source=emailupdates&utm_campaign=emailupdatesinstant&utm_term=buying&onetime_FromEmail=true&sc_id=38573657&utm_content=v2-ealertspropertyimage&cid=41d17914-8dbe-4ad9-93a1-f13fae920a6b&csg=87852cd85ede7d02de95cd5c4e2e7ce8d4333c7f67bcfa7526bc4fc3d8389f66#/?channel=RES_BUY

A road i watch has a house that was clearly done to flip that has been sat empty for 2 years now due to bad timing and its now likely 50K over priced for the area, The is likely a lot of house flippers stuck with an over renovated house.1
