I have one of the small sainsbury's near me, they took over a bust pub. Smallish car park, can hold no more than 40 cars. They have a parking scammer giving 30 mins parking.
Opposite, there is a small shopping parade that can hold about 80 cars and there is a Tesco Express ..... parking is FREE, no parking scammer. Guess who is the busiest ???

I can't help but think that the CEO of sainsbury's now has somebody else controlling the parking. That somebody will be part of the destruction of Sainsbury's.
Sainsbury's simply cannot compete with Lidl and Aldi so the day will come when Sainsbury's will be no more

I know both Aldi and Lidl use parking scammers but both CEO's seem to be more receptive about parking complaints.

Is it actually Sainsburys that own the contact with Euro Car Parks?

It might be Longbridge Town Center that manages it?

Could be worth popping into the car park office, think it’s next to Poundland from memory, and asking them nicely.

Perhaps take in some receipts for various shops on the site if you go there regularly?
