hi everybody,
basically I had a fine come through the post a final notification on a PCN, this is the first letter I have received so the final notice is BS
anyway,
I have contested it using the template in forum, I have received a letter back which they have rejected my contest. what are my next steps?
im unsure how to add photos of the fine and the response, any advice?

Complain direct to the CEO by email , a landowner or retailer complaint is always the first task , yet you have ignored it and gone for stage 2 , the blue text appeal
Of course it's been rejected , they always are with most parking companies !!
Why ? Because there is no profit in acceptance

You haven't said which PPC?
What happened when you complained to Sainsbury's Manager and asked him/her to cancel it?
We assume you HAVE read post #3 of the NEWBIES thread about the next stage?
We don't want to see the letter and response. They are all the same unless they are not sent to arrive within 14 days and/or don't have words about the POFA 2012 or keeper liability.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

If you never received the original PCN/NTK then complain to the BPA.
If there is no PoPLA code then you are at the complain and otherwise ignore stage unless you get real court papers in the next six years. (Five in Scotland)
You haven't told us where in the UK this occurred, but the NEWBIES tells you what to do wherever the alleged event occurred.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
