Looks like the markets are already taking this in their stride, plus China now looks like it is mopping up after a rough storm and getting back to normal. I was a little worried, but it does now look like this whole episode would have started and then finished in less than 6 months. Come Summer this will all be history thank goodness.

        Yep
What I see is a reversal back to 2019 prices where most of us were saying shares had been in a too longer Bull run and a correction was certain, and as usual you see the end of the world, hey ho

Which is highly unlikely, I wish people like you would stop scaremongering, do you have children?

Surely, we keep getting new mutations of flu every year? Why do you think Covid19 is an exception?

No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

It has mutated already. The Italian version is slightly different from the Chinese one. Coronaviruses don’t seem to mutate as much as flu ones, but humans don’t develop immunity as readily either. That’s why it is much easier to get repeated colds (coronavirus) then flu.

I think there is roughly five different coronavirues out there now, cold viruses in other words that have "mutated" into something that is of very little threat to us now. But there is an argument that suggests that all the cold viruses  could well have been mass killers at some point in history. I really some posters on here should stop watch films like world war Z :)

What Silvertooth is trying to imply is that mutation leads to a dramatically new version of Covid-19 such that any immunity built up because of a survived case of Covid-19 offers no protection. This is nonsense, and in such a scenario, we'd be more concerned with the survival of the human race than whether he could buy a house with a silver sixpence.

No, I just see the CB tricks getting old and not working any more, however the markets have jumped back up again because the bankers favourite has another chance to maybe take on Trump, maybe or maybe not win, and then print lots of money that will maybe or maybe not keep the debt binge going, quite sad really, but I will be buying the dips like everyone else no doubt, hey ho.
