I believe they should work the same in Adblock, as the extensions are very similar, but I can't guarantee it.1

The forum specifies the colour as equal amounts of blue and green for the margins and area where name and post count are given. Could be your monitor, eyes, brain or all three, each varies. Monitors are typically supplied fairly badly calibrated.
