You need to explain something about the car park and who can obtain a permit.

It's a private carpark for staff only - anyone who works there is elligible. They only use permits to stop the public using it. They don;t use this parking company anymore as they have an e permit system.

If it is for staff only, and the driver or keeper or an occupant is/was a member of staff, then say so.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

So why was a permit not available, and why has your employer or the permit issuer not got the ticket cancelled ?

I don’t know why the permit wasn’t available - they gave me a temporary permit for a month then it arrived in the post. The permit issuer doesn’t get involved in tickets.0
