I've seen you are trying to contact me but I am keeping my private messages full until New Year.
You MUST have filled in a court form last month, by post to Northampton, or gone on MCOL and typed a defence in. What did you put as your defence?
If you don't know (didn't keep a copy?) you will have to ring the CCBC and ask them tomorrow to email you a copy of what is lodged as your defence. We need to know what your defence says because you have put one in if you are at DQ stage.
Do you qualify for help with court fees on a low income ground (Google and check) as you may need to apply to amend your defence, which otherwise costs £100 to change.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It sounds like DCBL are trying to claim this has gone to court. The excerpt from the letter you printed is absolute gibberish though.
This needs reporting to Trading Standards as an aggressive practice, the DVLA and the SRA.0 -
Just post it on here and someone will critique it for you. Make sure you include details from the POC (i.e. what the parking company is claiming for).0
