So how are you doing anything!?
1) Do you have the claim form? Yes or No
2) Give us the exact date you filed the AOS, and how you did so. At a guess, you sent this off by post?!
3) I already told you, no evidence is filed at the defence stage. You know this as the nwebies thread covers this
4) That is far too much detail. The template says to add brief background.3 -
1) I have a Notice of Allocation to the small claims court (with no password) sent to my home address2) I haven't filed an AOS just recieved the Notice of Allocation above and asked to send a Defence3) OK will look that up4) OK thanks will make it smaller1

There are only 19 days to file an AOS to the CCBC from the issue date on the claim form , so that is task 1 , even if it's posted , otherwise sending a Defence is pointless
AOS first , in good time
Then Defence , in good time too
Not having those dates means you could easily time out and lose
You need to get a grip and do things in the correct order
Plus tell us the place the PCN was for too1 -
HiI'm really sorry but I read the Newbie articles and I do not know what an 'AOS' looks like or how to find out what the issue date on the claim form. The PCN was Falmer. Sorry I just don't understand what this all means. I got a letter from the Small Claims Court that's all0

But you said you don't have that claim pack , you need all of it , or pictures of that letter
You can't bake a cake without a recipe or the ingredients , you are missing vital ingredients and have put the cart before the horse
It may be too late already , 19 days ago is about the 20th January
If you don't have the facts , find out and tell us ASAP1 -
where would I get a claim pack from? I cannot log in to MCOL.
