Correct
That advice is for an LBC , not an MCOL claim
Posts #26 and #27 told you that , where you confirmed it
If you have done the AOS and the SAR , you should be concentrating on your draft defence , nothing else0 -
Gerin_Manolis wrote: »Amount claimed is over £600 - (4 x £70 plus statutory interest of around £60) then a court fee of £60 and Legal representative's costs of £70.
Could you please scan and upload the claim, redacting your personal details. Let us see these figures as yours above don't add up
post the link here using hxxp and we will make it live0 -
Another question.... in the defence template that I am using as advised above the numbers of the PCNs are all listed. I don't have these as they are not given on the claim form and, as already established, I destroyed the rest of the documentation that was sent. I know that I will get this information when the SAR that I requested last week arrives but if that's after the date that I need to submit my defence by will this be a problem?0

Refer to them and state a SAR has been issued for the documents and they will be provided to the Court at the Exhibits stage
No need for actual details or reference numbers at this stage
Your WS plus Exhibits plus costs schedule stage is where all the details and evidence is submitted , which is several months away0 -
I'm a luddite I'm afraid. I have copied and redacted the personal stuff (presumably including the Claim No?). I can scan it but don't know how then to upload it.... and what is hxxp?0

1: scan and then save the the file to your computer. Go to file explorer and create a new directory, call it MSE and save the file to that directory. When uploading to the site you chose, simply find that file in your directory and press OK
It is hxxp because as a new user you cannot actually post a live link
We will then change it to http0 -
Scan it or take a picture on a phone or digital camera
Copy to a folder on your PC or laptop
Upload it to Imgur
Post the link , but change the http to hxxp before submitting the post0 -

Here is the actual link

If it's for 4 PCN,s at £70 plus court fee plus legal fee , I fail to see how they get the total claimed
4 times £70 = £280 , plus interest , plus court fee to mcol , plus legal fee , so not even £400
Someone failed simple maths there0
