Any idea how I find out who the DPO is at Horizon in order to ask for the SAR. I have looked on line and can't find contact details. Any advice?0

Can anyone offer any advice what the wording in the email to the DPO for the SAR should be?
Is it enough simply to head the email SAR with my claim number and then in the body of the email say I would like to request copies of all documentation relating to this case (I know that I need to attach a PDF of the claim form as proof).
Any advice?0 -
I thought that post #2 of the newbies thread answered that query ?
it used to be the legal beagles template0 -

Please spare us, this is a horrendously busy forum which is why we have the sticky thread to cover the stuff you need to know.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes, understood. Apologies. I'm new at this and trying to find my way through... I haven't yet found any threads which replicate my situation and am fearful of jeopardising my case by doing the wrong thing.0

You only have to add my post #10 words to replace the facts in another recent defence example - such as the one I wrote for basher52. Easy! Hey presto, a defence that works.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

This is what I'm planning to write in my SAR which I've amended from the. info. on the newbies post. Can anyone advise as to whether I've covered everyhing:
Dear Sir / Madam
I would like to request copies of all of the documentation relating to the above case including:
• Any photographic evidence
• All correspondence
• All time stamps and records of entry and departure from the ANPR system in question
• All data held on this case and all evidence you will be using to further this claim together with a full copy of all PCNs and other notices.
• A list of all PCNs you consider to be outstanding against me as I understand that any claim must be for all PCNs in one claim.
I attach a copy of the claim form as proof of the claim.
I understand that you are obliged to provide this information to me for free under the Data Protection Act 2018 and that it should be sent to me within one month of receipt.
Yours faithfully0
