Non Paying Silly Season Started??

Ive sold 2 items recently, both times the high bidder has mailed after the auction has finished to say sorry, just bought another one don't want yours now. The first guy who did this has a feedback of 3 so I kind of gave him the benefit of the doubt. But someones just done this again. They put a winning bid on my item then half an hour later bought the same thing on a buy it now from someone else than waited until the auction ended to tell me that they didnt want my item but could'nt withdraw their bid. TBH its really annoying. They are saying that they will not pay (feedback is 23) what would you guys do? My christams spirt is running at a low ebb at the minute.0

I'd neg them both and NPB them both - get them strikes! I've currently got someone with zero feedback, who bidded on my item, then sent me an email saying "I want this emailled to me" In my auction, it says "I no longer email codes" ¬¬~*Cerenia*~

Although I get virtually no NPBs (I don't know why
) I do always go through the whole NPB system and give them a strike. I do that regardless of their excuse or their feedback rating, I do it when their 'child' bid or when they have no idea how they managed to buy my item when they were just browsing..the worse the excuse the quicker I start the NPB process on day 7. I could never imagine not paying for something. It just seems so immoral. I always message the sellers to let them know I've sent payment or I will send it the following day and I always keep to my word.
It seems quite a few sellers are missing out because of these non paying bidders.
