Does this really happen ????? surely the seller has 7 days to post after recieving payment ...just like the buyer has 7 days to pay for an item (providing its not buy it now) I am amazed that anyone could be that impatient/ unreasonable, many of the site sI buy from mainly equestrian have 5-28 day delivery if in stock more if not in stock even sites like Karen Millen don't offer next day shipemt never mind delivery as standard.
Please cna someone explain to me has ebay entered a totally different spere of shipping expectations to every other online retailer on the planet ?????

unfortunatly the buyer thinks they are king on ebay and they all think you are conning them,it can take the buyers upto and sometimes more than 7 days to post the cheque to me,then as i state in my auctions it can take upto 10 days to clear, then i will post the item, maybe a day or 2 at the most after the cheque has cleared.
and then they complain it can take weeks to arrive.
i dont know why they dont just get a paypal account and be done with it....work permit granted!0 -
Recieved 2 non paying bidders so far in December, had none in the previous 4 months.
Both on items over £100. Buyer with 1 feedback and another buyer with 5 feedback.
Will have to file strikes but as both items were listed on 10p listing day means I will not be relisting as it would cost me £3.00. Ebay have such a cr*p policy when it comes to NPB.
You definately get an influx of muppets at Christmas on ebay.0 -

no, sorry, all the teleporters will be out of stock in the shops....all us nasty folk who make a living on ebay will have bought them in bulk in august to resell on ebay in december...shame on us for being organised and making living....
my favourite bit about the non-payers has got to be the amount of them that will not communicate at all, until they get a non-payment dispute, then they immediately come back to me and say 'my kid got took to hospital' (but you were online to respond immediately when you think there will be a strike against you.....hmmm)
soooo many people have said that to me: i am truly sorry to any of them that are telling the truth, but they can't all be genuine. i wouldnt dare use that excuse about anyone, superstitious!
and if you change your mind about buying an item, for gaawds sake just tell me so i can relist it and get on with my life! can't bear the silent treatment, lol0 -
I've had 6 people, all about to go into NPB process - 4 of them paid early this morning (just about to hit day 7), usually i'd dash out to post then, but so annoyed about it i thought i'd let them wait until I post them on monday.~*Cerenia*~
