Kali spera! or is it Kali Nichta- well that's how it sounds!!
I don't have shoe boxes. Everything is stuck in the large shopping bags. Actually I worry if there will be a collection point near here as the people I delivered boxes to last summer are very elderly.
Today I cleared some of my (very small) front garden. I then sprinked a couple of packets of vintage seeds over the gravel. Should be interesting to see if owt grows. Indoors I have planted some similarly not-fresh cress seeds on kitchen roll!
Time to go in work room and clear another couple of...inches!!

That’s right, good afternoon and good night.
i managed to get 4 of my 6 boxes from family members, as shops didn’t seem to ant to help. My area collector said I was the only person who had contacted them and I handed in my boxes right before collection. I hope they are involved this year.
Easter tomorrow. We have bought the children a couple of eggs and a few other bits and pieces, which I picked up before lockdown. I’m going to put them out on display for when they get up. We don’t normally buy Easter gifts, but I saw a few bits and pieces I thought they would like and put them away for Easter.

Happy Easter everyone......even though its the strangest Easter ever!
Chanie although she is 21 i did the same for DD and put her eggs out on display, even though she was after a camera bag!
Katiehound i feel guilty for having the shoebox now u sent the water bottles in! I was very happy to receive the shoebox though!
The collector i had problems with, his details are up again as a collector. I think i will give him a miss. Will travel to a new one 45 mins away but if i have hospital near Christmas which i will then i can drop off going home.
Still not wrapped my first one. Was going to do it last night but crashed out so im planning on doing it tonight. I will do it!
Presents are still sitting on spare bed to be wrapped, feeling very unmotivated

I'm trying hard to be positive!
My house is positively not looking any better!
This week folk have been sending me funny bits from YouTube etc. Possibly the best one is a report (to parent) on their house schooling ability. Very funny- he wants her to dress properly not in Disney pyjama top & jeans!! I just read and then forward.
We need to stay home, stay safe and stay sane!!
ps not to worry about the shoebox. Hopefully I will get to Kerry to collect some!

Have spent a good part of this week grovelling on, around, under the kitchen table! Still can't eat off the floor (as if !!) but my recycling bin is full and I have enough scrap paper to last.. a long time.
Hope everyone is fit and well.
Take care, stay safe and stay positiive

Hope everyone is staying safe.
Did manage to completely finish the first shoebox and get it wrapped, but havent had chance to get near anymore.
Been snowed under with paperwork, also picked up several items (left over from mums day, no one looking at the items and u can see the store wants rid of the last bits of stock and some really nice bits that would be lovely for Christmas )for the charity i support. We are cleared to continue online auctions, i donate items if i can find bargains. Parcel sent off today.
Have wrapped a few birthday presents. Already cant work out what is in one present. Left it unmarked
While shopping this morning found the store had reduced cat food trays to 10p. Got 40 for local sanctuary. It was hard going thru self service!!
Now i mentioning it, i might try to complete another shoebox tonight, see how things go.
I did wrap one Christmas present, but hated every minute of it. Just wasnt in the mood.
Stay safe everyone x

shopping day today.
Voila! there was flour, but no toilet cleaner..... there's no logic to what's missing. Shall be cleaning the loo with citric acid which is probably a better bet anyway as this is a heavy limescale area.

Katie have you tried your local corner shop for toilet cleaner? My local ones seem to be well stocked. I found some hand wash when they were in short supply. Plus, prices were reasonable.

Hi everyone. Chanie, have you started on that Easter chocolate stash yet that was supposed to be for the school friends? It's strange isn't it, our new life, so many things we take for granted aren't allowed anymore, even things like being able to take things to a charity shop after a declutter.I don't know when DS2 will ever get his eggs, I know his dad sent his in the post, I may have to if the situation looks like dragging on too long, I managed to send some videos.

Katiehound, this website is confusing so I can empathise why you might not use it so often as before. I didn't even recognise my own posts as I've had to change the profile pic, as the old one wouldn't transfer for some reason.Even typing your username was causing the keyboard problems and it was refusing to allow me to do it in bold until I divided up the name3
