Official Diary Update for the Beginning of Page 37!
Family
Me, Manwife, offspring x3 (Big Small 16; Medium Small 13; Small Small 10), cats x2, rabbits x2, chickens x2 (one of whom lays eggs, but is pretty much done for the year now I think!)
Finances
Bank Accs
- 1 joint account into which gets paid: his wage (monthly, 23rd); my self-employed earnings (monthly, 23rd) - which is currently reduced and being paid by the SEISS; CB and CTC
- 1 joint account for home ed expenses
- 14 joint savings accounts: clothing, gifts, car, health, food, toiletries, cleaning, holiday, house, home, sundries, pets, entertainment, office - these are my virtual jam jars into which I put a certain amount each month and then dip into the pots to pay whatever comes under that umbrella
- 2 individual accounts: spending money for Manwife and I
- kids all have their own accounts: older 2 have mini current accounts, youngest has a goHenry account
- 1 savings acc in my name only into which I save overpayment money (how have I not managed to list this in my last 2 official updates?!)
Debts
- 1 AMEX credit card paying 1% cashback which we clear each month
- 1 mortgage, currently standing at £90644.71. Int rate: 1.89% until 2025. MF date: March 2043
- £1105 on 0% finance for 12mos: 12 repayments @ £92.08 until October 2021
Achieved since last update
1. OP goal of £500: currently at £447.10 (89.42%) with just under 3 months to go to year end
2. Blasted past 100 Prolific submissions!
3. NEW FRONT DOOR! (and new window at the top of the stairs)
4. Finished the painting in the hallway/landing around the new door and window.
5. Started saving for a holiday next year (maybe?), and have a firm idea of where we want to go and what we want to do!
6. Drawn out plans for new chicken accommodations. Ordered supplies which have been delivered.
7. Started digging out the area for the new coop/run.
8. New upright freezer and new Welsh dresser in dining room, after massive sort out of crap and pulling out of cabinets.
9. Have started working again. It's slow going, very slow, but it isn't nothing.
Current Goals
1. Save as much as possible to OP on 29.12.20.
2. Start on the new chicken coop/run area. Make enough progress that the hens can go in there together once they are both healed up.
3. 200 Prolific submissions!
4. List 1 item on eBay every day in October in order to clear the backlog of STUFF.

Dinner today is spag bol, with the bolognese coming out of the freezer (lots of freezer meals this week). Listed 2 more items on ebay while it was cooking (SEEEE! @South_coast 😜) after I spied a shelf unit and an outgrown kids computer chair in the attic. That is today's item and tomorrow's item done and done! Wish it felt yay rather than ugh lol. Maybe it will by the end of the month...Rule 7: If you're not changing it, you're choosing it.
