Just an update for you all, my court date has been scheduled for next Friday via Skype.
Any tips for the day would be great.

As it's Skype it will be a 3 way view, The Judge will start with Excel and highly possible it will be Jake Burgess. His case will be put to the judge so listen carefully and watch the reaction of the judge, such as raised eyebrows.
