@coupon-mad I've now updated the WS and supplementary WS to include the new statement of truth for April 2020, I've also edited the first post to direct people to page 13 if they're just here to see the bundle5

Hello @Coupon-mad, Reddragon123 here, the resent password function wasn't working.
Referring to my old post,
Going through @chefdave's witness statement and exhibits, how can i alter mine to match? As they are stating 4 times of breaching. Also, there is a camera on entry of the car park which detects the number plate automatically. I did ask for a SAR previously but none was provided. I have now got the defendants witness statement with the images, letters and their car park management agreement with the landowner.
They have also mentioned how the signage has been audited by the BPA within their witness statement. Shall I be worried? Also, there was no date given as to when the evidence had to be filed by, even checking my small claims hearing letter.
Thank you so much for all your help and I'm sorry for not taking this more seriously earlier.1 -

If you get a chance, could I trouble you to change the statement of truth on both your main and supplementary WS to the longer version (April 2020) as shown in the NEWBIES thread, please?
I know you didn't use it because your case was happening just as it changed - but going forward, we'd love to be able to point to your documents but can't keep correcting people to use the new statement of truth!0 -
@dfightingfit, @RedDragon123 , this is not the place to discuss your predicament.
