Hello all, 

An update on this one. I was pretty frustrated with it all and wished I'd settled out of court, anyway I pressed ahead ready for the hearing on July 2nd but received a 'Notice of Discontinuance' letter a few days ago from BW Legal. They've discontinued all of the claim. A big thanks to everyone who helped, particularly @Coupon-mad as I guess they folded because they felt their evidence wasn't as strong as the evidence I managed to put together using all the resources and expertise here. 

It's great to finally put this all to rest!

I was wondering how your case ended, because I use yours as a good example of the documents to file & serve at WS stage.  Please make sure the documents you posted for checking earlier in this thread stay available as links, because they are shining examples - your hard work was worth it to beat a scam!

Yes I've not been on here for a while and came back to a lot of notifications where you'd linked my thread, I never expected to become a model student as I thought I was making a hash of it all! Yes I will leave them linked so that others may benefit, I might be able to tidy them up a bit actually so there's not so many files.

I'm surprised you even remembered my case you have that many to keep track of.
I ended up condensing it all down to 3 pdf files, I need to redact them though before I can post and not quite sure how to do that - let me check

I've attached the final draft of my bundle edited down to 3 pdfs for convenience. Hopefully others find this useful, I've also edited the WS and Supplementary WS to include the updated statement of truth (April 2020)

If you get a chance, could I trouble you to change the statement of truth on both your main and supplementary WS to the longer version (April 2020) as shown in the NEWBIES thread, please? 

I know you didn't use it  because your case was happening just as it changed - but going forward, we'd love to be able to point to your documents but can't keep correcting people to use the new statement of truth!
