Did you mark your offer 'Without Prejudice Save as to Costs'?
Did their written rejection have that phrase in their response? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I've copied the Schedule of Costs that @keypulse did, if I'm expected to submit it with my WS though there are some things I don't know like the hearing date for example or how much it will cost me to park at the court. Also I don't earn £19 per hour it's probably nearer £15.
How precise do I have to be?

OK I've put a few things together, the ws needs to submitted by Wednesday 15th at 4pm. I still need to do a contents page and figure out how to submit it, but before I go any further I thought I'd post my ws, supplementary ws and exhibits here for criticism, thank you

Coupon-mad Any chance you could sprinkle some of your magic on this before I submit?0

No time, sorry. £19 per hour is the standard LiP rate...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No problems. Thanks for you all your help (everyone not just C-M), I understand that you cannot nurse every case.
I just wish I'd settled out of court from the beginning. This has been way too stressful and taken up far too much of my time, I've spent countless hours and even weekends on this stuff and I still don't know what I'm submitting. It just hasn't been worth trying to save myself £160 even if I win.1
