  • I'm my next HHC I have
Put first lot of dishes away
Washed a load of mugs and cups
Picked DDs washing off the bathroom floor
Put the Christmas tree and decorations in the room of doom.
    Removed various gibble from LR
Moved everything off the coffee table
Got glass cleaner and kitchen roll out of cupboard to clean tables.
    Made myself a cuppa

I'm just going to keep going. I had forgotten that DD has leadership tonight so won't get in from school till half 6 so I may as well use the time.

TD has just finished and WM is on a spin so I'll get them emptied and reloaded. I can actually see the end of the washing!

Afternoon ladies! Funfair, you have been super productive I see...:T

I have, erm, pottered.... oh, sorted a beef stew out and bunged it in the slow cooker, cleaned coffee table, TV stand and side lamp + table in the lounge, swept kitchen floor with my rubber broom and sorted out a cycle each for the DW and WM...

I have two whole hours to myself this evening while Small is at his gymnastics class. I will take my headphones and catch up on my audio book...

    Big waves to everyone

Whoops - turns out that I did write one of these at some point last year. :o Might have helped if I had actually looked at it...

Dw run and emptied. Dinner cooking and another one prepped for tomorrow night when I’ll be late home.

New washing machine selected, will order online later
Errand run, too late for the others, will carryover to tomorrow
    Top up shop done
Supper just in the oven, easy one tonight so clear up should be quick afterwards

    Have a good evening x
  • Evening all

I've emptied the draining board and done the rest of the washing up. Cleaned the bunkers and cooker top.
    Hoovered the LR
Stuck more stuff on the winterdykes, which are now full
Put a load of towels in the WM
    Emptied the TD
    Folded all the dry clothes
Put my clothes past, put DDs on her bed to deal with.
Phoned DD to bring in a couple of things from the shop on the way home.
    Put the dinner on

Scullery and LR are looking a lot better.

  • Hi ladies,

Work done, cake baked, kiddies fed, fire lit and now I'm treating myself to a small beer. Why not I say, I'm going to do what I want when I please a lot more this year!

Early night again, with my book xx
  • That's it I'm quitting for the day.
Dinner made, ate and the evidence washed up and cleared away.
DD shooed off to bed, she's shattered and was falling asleep
Towels are now in the TD
Everything that needs charged is plugged in.
I'm off to put my jammies on and jump into bed.

  • Hi!
Fluttering first - wiped kitchen sides and doors (mud) and changed my bed.

OH - brilliant! Prepared to cook me tea but happily made me a sarnie when I wanted that instead!
Pigpen that sounds incredible!!!! Your nan must have been made of iron!
Dad has his op and he had actually broken the bone in two....no wonder he is in pain. He is on the highest dose of morphine and so is away with the fairies.....the physio starts almost straight away and sounds rather brutal. The hospital talked about the social care side of things so at least mum doesn’t have to worry about that.
I am now rather tired with a monstrous headache but feel happier now I’ve seen him - I don’t live close so it will mainly be weekend visiting. I can ring the ward too so that’s good. Sometimes it’s the not knowing isn’t it?
    MW xx

    Morning all,

I’ve been awake for hours, am really not feeling well at all. I have a full day of paid stuff to do but right at this moment I don’t know if I will get to it. I may try and juggle the day around so I can start later, hoping if I can get some more sleep I will feel better. One advantage of working from home is that I have the flexibility to do that. Will see how I feel in an hour or so.

Flying may be limited to dailies, DH has already said that he will do them later on.

No washing can be done until new machine gets here (on Friday) and nothing else is really urgent. I’m going back to bed in the hope that I may start to feel better soon.

    Bye for now x
