    Morning all.

Not at work until this evening so am hoping to fly, fly, fly.

    Up & dressed
    WM on
HHI (the backlog basket now only has a few odd skiing socks in it and 1 shirt as I have been doing a couple of backlog bits with each load).
Still have a mountain of washing and DD1 has just announced she's coming home at the weekend so that will no doubt be more.
    Bedroom and bathroom aired
1 admin item done (admin is a big frog here so trying to not when I do some to encourage myself to get through it)

Off to get some wood pellets then clean the stoves and reload, all whilst kettle boils.

    Morning all

Feeling better today, I managed a little fluttering after work yesterday... dusted and quick vac of bedroom and cleaned bathroom, also did quick vac of top flight of stairs, then the power went on the handheld vac so I had an excuse to put it away LOL.

Anyway, starting paid stuff v shortly, will do dailies when I take my lunch break and will see what else I can do when work done. Washing is mounting up, new machine being delivered tomorrow so looks like Saturday will be catch up on laundry day.

Have a great day all x

Washing hung up, now dashing to work.

Have a good day all. Hugs, sticks and spoons - help yourselves.

Urgh...flood alert...again. Waste drainage is slow, so looks like the septic tank can't empty due to high water table. Great. Just great.

Consequently, I'm in a huff and sat on the sofa with a cuppa trying to shake out of it. Very tired after being woken up by the warning in the night. Our defences are still in place, so no urgent action needed, but I am totally knackered for some reason. A short snooze is on the cards.

Took Christmas decorations (and the tree) down yesterday, dusted and cleaned everything as it was packed away and have flung some old decorations that I've never really liked into a CS bag and I avoid using. Hopefully someone else will like them.

Dizzy hope nothing comes of your flood warnings

Just stopped for lunch. Quite pleased with my progress today.
TD emptied & HHI done, ironing backlog is now gone!
Next load sorted for WM, still plenty to go but progressing
    OH shredding finished
One side cleared and cleaned in kitchen, 3 more to go plus island and table. But it shouldn't be too bad once I get going.

I am starting to imagine that downstairs might be presentable on day soon. Let's not talk about upstairs, I prefer the idea of concentrating on one room/area at a time and then keeping on top of that whilst I work on the next bit.

Right soup is finished, off to look for something to have with a coffee
