Remember to submit your Swago before 8am tomorrow - which means you might as well do it straight away!

I had problems with a couple of the Shop squares; in the end, what worked for me was to go straight to the shop from the menu, and then click on the Swagbutton, which duly informed me that the cashback had been activated - and when I went back to the Swago, the square was filled in. HTH!

I’ve just tried that as has worked for me in the past but no joy, there is just nothing happening. So frustrating!!

Have you tried to  uninstall the swagbutton, clear cookies etc.then re launch  browser & reinstall it again. I got it  to work  in Edge which I hadn't used the swagbutton on for a long time by doing this.
  • I spent about half a hour doing survey 46217499 which was basically about the effects of the Corona Virus on present lifestyle, only to be disqualified at the very end. I've sent a help request to SB, and their initial response is to apologise but state these things sometimes happen. I've replied stating my dissatisfaction with their response. If they credit me with the points (80) I'll post again.

This survey has turned up again in my SB inbox. Once bitten, twice shy. I wont be doing it.

We are all being hit by the same survey (Opinion Life), I know it's no consolation but you are number 4 on this Board.  It appeared again for me today, as a featured survey, for 100 SB; needless to say I ignored.

See my previous posts for what to do if you get no joy. In short you need to formally ask that they or their client delete your personal data and that they confirm they have done so.  The detail is in an earlier post but I have copied my original message to the Help Centre below..  The three previous people (including me) got the 80 odd SB credit, I got mine the first time of asking the other two had to write twice.

For others who don't want the hassle avoid the survey called "Opinion Life"  ii's really easy to get sucked into it and get to the point where you think you may as well complete only to get a "hard luck you don't qualify"

    Hi,

This one is not on - i am sure you will understand - the Survey Company has my data and has not credited. I would not normally bother but this should not have happened, I fully completed the lengthy survey - took over 30 minutes!). I attach a screen shot showing a 1 SB courtesy credit and the survey number. I started the survey at 12:48 and completed at 13:23 only to receive the "Not Every Survey Can Be Winner..."" message. In this case, if your client is not willing to credit the SB. I formally request that my personal data has been deleted from their systems and await written confirmation that this has been done. I am able to make this request under the Data Protection Act. I hope it does not come to this and your client will understand..

Have a look at my post a couple of pages back, you will have hit the "Opinion Life" survey for 82 SB that will be 3 of us that have had the same issue.  If you don't get the response you should, try the approach I suggested i.e. formally ask for your personal data to be deleted under GDPR and ask for written confirmation.

    Hi John,
After reading your message I sent another email to Swagbucks telling them I was one of three people diddled out of SB's, despite completing the survey in question.
I'm pleased to say they have acted on this and have credited 80 SB's to my account.
I think your post acted as a spur for me to take the matter further, so many thanks for your help.

    Hi again John,
You may have missed my above post which I posted a few days ago. I was eventually able to obtain credit from Swagbucks for my efforts, mainly as a result of your advice, and I offered my thanks above.
However, I have no desire to go through the same wearying process again, so have made a mental note of the survey number and if it turns up again, as was the case today, will give it short shrift.
    Thanks again.

I was also cheated out of 100Sb ( featured survey with the star) on Saturday morning.I put in a ticket as like everyone else I got to the end & had a screenshot of the final page.saying this is the end of the survey.click here to return etc.to then get the 1sb not every survey can be a winner  message. Immediate ' reply' of updated ticket with the long list of reasons why no credit was applied.I then saw the posts above from John & other members so replied back in a similar  way.also remembering that Opinion Life had done the same on some surveys on soft drinks which seemed to want positive answers on a specific cola brand .
Earlier this evening I had the full 100sb added with an apology.
    Thanks
