For some reason when I check swagbucks on my phone using safari, the menu and top bar have gone so I can no longer move around the site. Has this happened to anyone else? Using an iPhone

JadieH This sometimes happens when using Swagbucks on my Android phone. Have you tried clearing cookies? That normally sort things out for me.

whattochose - I'm glad you got the swagbucks credited. I was one of the 3 who didn't get credited initially after complaining too, but John's response on here about withdrawing your data worked, so I'm very grateful for him posting or they'd have got away with it.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

    Shop Credit
Had a strange thing yesterday, my wife bought a pair of headphones from Samsung (direct)  using an iPad that has never been anywhere near Swagbucks.  I happened to be looking at Samsung at the same time and had activated the shop link.  About an hour after the purchase I got a notification from Swagbucks of a 133 SB shop credit for the purchase.  The only think I can think of is that the purchase picked up the ISP address as my wife had not activated the link; I had from an unconnected PC.

Incidentally, later on I pre-ordered a Samsung S6 Lite tablet myself later on.  Samsung have 15% off offer on use code SAMSUNG15, I got a credit of 297 SB + there's a free book cover offer on (link below) meaning that one can claim after 30 April (supposedly the retail of the wallet is £59.99).  The 15% off seems to apply to most things (not accessories) purchased.

Tried using the SBTV Toolbar to get a daily watch credit - there aren't enough videos on it to get to 100%, I got 67%. Whats the f-ing point of them even still having it?!!
Has anyone else had their SB Toolbar TV divert into watch (which also never works - always come back later)?  Tried on Chrome and links through google - no luck today
Yes mine is showing a link to watch too.

Thank you! It did indeed work, but it didn't occur to me that it would close all my open tabs I hadn't yet got round to reading. Oh well!

Just spent 25 minutes trying survey number 64641965, about changes made due to Coronavirus then got the dreaded nit every survey can be a winner - 1 measly SB message. I'll put a ticket in but it's so annoying.

SB's immediately replied to my ticket basically saying tough luck. Reaing back through this thread I can see it is the rogue Opinion Life coronavirus survey. I've got back to Swagbucks with John's request about deleting my data under the GDPR regulations. Let's see what happens next - thank you John.

I have come to the conclusion that any survey (other than, possibly, those genuinely being carried out by universities) which ask socially loaded questions (eg they appear to want opinions to back up spending more/less on welfare benefits) are very likely not to pay out if you don't give them the answers they want.
