I spent about half a hour doing survey 46217499 which was basically about the effects of the Corona Virus on present lifestyle, only to be disqualified at the very end. I've sent a help request to SB, and their initial response is to apologise but state these things sometimes happen. I've replied stating my dissatisfaction with their response. If they credit me with the points (80) I'll post again.

Has anyone else had their SB Toolbar TV divert into watch (which also never works - always come back later)?  Tried on Chrome and links through google - no luck today

Have a look at my post a couple of pages back, you will have hit the "Opinion Life" survey for 82 SB that will be 3 of us that have had the same issue.  If you don't get the response you should, try the approach I suggested i.e. formally ask for your personal data to be deleted under GDPR and ask for written confirmation.

Hi John,
After reading your message I sent another email to Swagbucks telling them I was one of three people diddled out of SB's, despite completing the survey in question.
I'm pleased to say they have acted on this and have credited 80 SB's to my account.
I think your post acted as a spur for me to take the matter further, so many thanks for your help.
