And in addition there is the "Magic Receipts" thing, and when I looked at them this morning every single one of them expires today!  If they want people to plan the use of them, they really need to put up offers in advance of the Swago which last until it finishes.

theres more added on there with different dates not that there's anything I want to get, I did the jaffa cakes one and the shower gel last time as they were things I would get anyway and were on offer in the shop

OK, I'll be the first to moan about it.

I am not impressed with the Swago board. Two "giveaway entries" at 35SB combines donation for the two, a magic receipt (none of which are items that I would buy normally) plus "complete the Noom offer" which is a subscription weight loss programme and to get the 800SB on the offer you have to stay beyond the free trial period. I couldn't find out (for interest only) how much it costs as the link was broken.

    I'll just do the perimeter and take the 25SB, I think . . .
Anyone already using noom cannot complete the offer as it's new users only - so they cannot complete the board.
I don't do receipts so 5 SB is the best available
  • Can only get 5SB for the swago board too, it's not really worth doing is it lol!

As I don't want to instal the Swag Button and don't have a smartphone to upload receipts, this time I can't even complete any single line.  At least I don't have to go back to see how it is recording things so that probably saves more than 5SB value of my time.

So long as you have sent them a screenshot,  you should be OK - at the moment I find they are crediting me for my survey tickets within 30 minutes.

Unfortunately there wasn't anywhere to upload a screenshot as it was on my phone and they only asked for my name, email and what the problem was.  I do have a screenshot if they ask for it though.

Exactly the same thing happened to me this morning. Put in a ticket and they awarded the points almost immediately.
