You usually get an email to confirm completion.  If you didn’t take a screen shot and put in a ticket.  It took 7 days to respond to me but I was credited - a different deal- fingers crossed

I took a screenshot with my customer number of completed game. Being passed around departments...not happy with them!

I had a similar issue on Sunday, a 15 minute survey took 45 minutes to complete. I had a bit of a moan and said that it should have been worth three times as many SB as I'd spent three times as long on it. This morning I had a response to say that they'd added an extra 2x SB to my account, so thank you as I would never have bothered to put in a ticket if you hadn't posted this.
