I've just spent over an hour doing a 300SB survey watching 2 episodes of Judge Judy's new show only for it to give me an error at the end 😡.I've put in a ticket but I am not holding out any hope of getting the points 😡
Exactly the same thing happened to me this morning. Put in a ticket and they awarded the points almost immediately.
Lucky you!  I'm glad you got them. Did you take it on a pc or phone?  Did you supply a screen shot? I didn't have the option to put one in.

When you raise a ticket, you should get an email acknowledgement;  you can reply to this, with your screenshot as an attachment.

I didn't get one.  It's like I never put one in.  I have just completed another ticket but couldn't upload the screenshot, for some reason it would not let me.

ETA:  I've now attached it through the email they sent me.

ETA (again):  They paid me, woo hoo!!

Just spent an hour (exactly) on a 10-minute survey (Covid-related) for the grand total of 35 SB.  Made a note of the survey company to avoid in future.

Last time I had something like that, I raised a ticket and said how many SB I thought it was actually worth for that length of time.  They credited it immediately.

I don’t rely bother much now with sb it’s a waist of time most days I get 20sb . I’ve just been looking round the Web page and find I have been suspended indefinitely from peanut surveys what for I don’t know I never use them goes to show you don’t have to do anything with sb to be cancelled

I was also "permanently suspended" (which seems like an oxymoron) by peanut labs recently and I've no idea why. I've tried to contact them twice and they're just ignoring me. Hey ho. It makes hitting the daily SB target a little harder, but I very rarely got any decent surveys from them anyway - mostly just a few 1SB for refusing (or not qualifying for) long surveys that offered absurdly low SB rewards. Peanuts indeed! Good riddance.
  • I I completed grand solitaire harvest level 187 and I'm not sure if I'm going to be credited for swagbucks does anyone know what the deal is? Also do I have to let the app access all my data to get credited
