Anyone had problems with "My Digital Wallet" today, or in the past have they been asked to verify your account and then had problems?

Went to get a Mastercard and it came up with verify details.  Which I did.  I then got this message "we are unable to verify the info you provided.  We will review your case.  (shortened version of their reply).

I tried to sign in but unfortunately I can't actually remember or find the details for this site so I can't access it at all.
I have the same issue - I verified details as they are i.e. correct name and date of birth (needed to get the date format right as it  wanted the US format).  I also failed validation and am awaiting notification of the next steps; I'll upload the documents, it will be fiddly but not a hassle.

What documents are you going to upload?  I was just thinking of a recent bill that had my address on.
I received the verification email and rang the number on it, I was told there is a lot of fraud going on lately so that is why they are doing these checks.
Also he couldn't actually find a "wallet" attached to my email address.

I might do a PDF of my last bank statement - just need to download and save as PDF if it's not in that format.  Then probably a photo of my driving licence.  To be fair to them they probably have to do this to keep their licence.  The issue will be that anybody can instruct them to provide a card to anybody for any sum.  We are small fry and there's no risk of us laundering as the source of the funds is clear but the system could be used to hide large sums of money.

Once the points I made were the difference between first and second place for a team but usually it isn't that close [..]
Thanks :) Some of these aren't open to me ie. the in-store activites as I'm not shopping in-store at all at the moment, but I will definitely think about the gift cards etc. Is there a complete list of what does contribute points? as I was referring to the blog post, which doesn't seem to mention the things you have.

They are some things that are available in the USA not here which enable them to collect more points than us (and several of them also appear as SWAG squares)

    Identity Verification for Prepaid Digital?
I've now had then expected verification e-mail and have uploaded a photo of my driving licence and a PDF download of my last bank statement.  Has anybody got through this verification stage yet, if so how long does it take?

Same here - passport + utility bill.
Nothing back yet and token is still locked if I try to go back into redeem process.

Ah, that may be why my experience is different - I have had a "wallet" since 2018 when I first started using Mastercards from Swagbucks.  (Although my most recent cards don't appear to have gone into it - so maybe that is why I keep getting asked for address etc.  I shall test it out with my next card, to see whether I can just open the wallet and add the code to generate the card details.)

You need to click on Secure Payment to add it to your wallet. You can do this before or after spendnig the card. If you do secure it you can log into the wallet and click on the transaction and see the payment/s or stash the cards for later use.
