April hasn't been a good month for me. After radiotherapy just before Easter I had the sore throat from hell for over 2 weeks along with other side effects so I have slowed down. A couple of weeks ago I thought maybe I could bring the balance up a bit by concentrating on a couple of phone games instead of surveys, so I've been putting in quite a bit of effort there (thankfully with ones not specifying a time limit). Unfortunately the one I was most trying to get credits for (a mining one) is taking FOREVER to get the last couple of shafts even though I often try to leave it running all night!!!
I have uploaded 6 receipts today. As I was doing it I started to think I would have been better to do that tomorrow so it counted for Team Challenge too. I think maybe I have 2-3 more. Usually do the searches and get 2 hits there. Haven't done much in the way of surveys this week so must get back to that tonight/tomorrow. One zoom one I attempted a few days ago crashed in the middle so not helpful. Got a few non-SB things I have to attend to and just had a car breakdown up the supermarket (my fault) this afternoon. Hoping for a more organised and less stressful day tomorrow!!! (and more SB)

Anyone had problems with "My Digital Wallet" today, or in the past have they been asked to verify your account and then had problems?Went to get a Mastercard and it came up with verify details. Which I did. I then got this message "we are unable to verify the info you provided. We will review your case. (shortened version of their reply).I tried to sign in but unfortunately I can't actually remember or find the details for this site so I can't access it at all.Thanks to all those that post.1

I redeemed a Mastercard this morning without any problems. Which account are you being asked to verify - your Swagbucks account, or your Digital Wallet account?You should be able to find the URL for the Digital Wallet site in your browser's history, and of course the e-mail from Swagbucks will have a link to it - you won't have deleted that, will you? Sometimes I have found that Digital Wallet will not process the code until some hours later, so it may well be worth trying later on.0

I then tried just logging in but the username I put in they said didn't exist and I can't find the details in my "password" book.I was supposed to have received an email outlining the next steps, but probably delayed because of the Bank Holiday. They said to leave it 2 business days and then contact them, so that is what I will have to do.Thanks to all those that post.0

I have just heard back regarding verifying my Digital Wallet and they want me to upload ID.Very wary of doing this, has anyone else had to do this?The email said "You recently attempted to access your prepaid digital payment.Due to anti-money laundering regulations, we are required by law to verify your identity before you access this payment. Unfortunately, we were unable to do so with the information you provided on our site. Additional information is required from you to complete our records and release your payment."Don't know if it will work but tried to attach a photo of documentation request form.

I've never created an account on the wallet site, just entered my details each time.This time it asked for my DOB and to verify my ID which failed - my SB username is an abbreviation of my proper name.Will wait for the email and see if they accept my proper ID.If they do, I wonder if I'll need to set up a wallet account to stop it happening every time.I only use the MasterCard payout as it's the best deal - I wish SB would equalise the gift card prices (downwards)!

I've just gone in to cash a Mastercard, and I too got the pop-up ID screen. Because my usual name is not the same as my legal name on my credit record, electorial register etc. I just clicked on the option to Edit the details, changed the name to my legal one, and continued; it accepted it perfectly happily, and I have the card details. Have you tried editing the username in the popup ID form to your "proper" one?
