New code on SB code thread

Customer Support replied to my chasing of my ticket with "I'm afraid we don't have any update on this just yet.  It has been logged in our system and is still being looked at by our Tech Team."

So I replied asking "Is there any rule against our setting up a new topic for this, and closing down the existing one?  Alerts on other topics seem to be working normally."

Thanks, squiggles, but the mods will be down on your neck if you post the code here as well as on the Codes thread.  Best just to post here saying there is a new post on that thread.

Thank you, I wasn’t aware of that, I just knew the no chat in the codes thread. It was a quick copy and paste as my tea was about to burn.

Never have needed permission to start new ones - having annual ones stops the threads (codes and chat) becoming too unwieldy

Hi All, just some advice needed on the correct way of getting the £5 MasterCard after receiving the email. I click on the link on the email which takes me to the Swagbucks page saying claim your card, under it it says gift card code, however no code is showing. I have managed to get two but I don’t really know how. Any advice please.

Click on the link (your cursor will change shape to let you know it is a clickable link) and continue from there.  You will be taken to a digital wallet web site where you will have to enter your details and will then get to see your card's long number, expiry date and security number.
