I was sure I had put an alert comment on here yesterday,then noticed it wasn't showing later on so assumed I hadn't hit the post button..So made sure the comment (not a duplicate post) appeared today.

When I try this and click on the Playtime Rewards heading, a message comes up at the bottom of my screen "not initialized" and nothing happens and the offers don't appear. I’ve encountered the issue today ‘oops there’s a problem’ big red page. It looks like I’ve lost my reward card too. I went back to the claim reward email and started from the beginning of the claim process a few times, after 5 times I was sent a log in code to my email addy to verify myself, eventually managed to log in my digital wallet, no MasterCard there, only the claimed ones with zero balance that I’ve already cashed in. Unaware who the problem lies with, swagbucks or digital wallet.0 -

I encountered my oops there’s a problem today and I’ve messaged digital wallet with the error ID code that was at the bottom of the oops page. I’ll see if I get a reply.
I have another £5 ready to claim email but I’ll wait to see if the problem is just with my account first.0 -

You could go for a walk to see if there’s a receipt laying around but the chances of finding one in the snow are slim unless you live near the shops.
