Thanks Molly, do you have to add the gift card code? Or is it done automatically? Or just add personal details. Thanks0

The link feeds the code through. It is only once you are in the digital wallet that you can see the code at all.

ToDo bonuses 2 and 7
For some reason I have a 50% bonus payable on any surveys I complete (still doesn't make the vast majority of them worth doing)3 -
Just completed 20 minute survey 36731089 on shopping habits for 875 SB's !
The most I've ever earned before for completing a survey is 150 SB's, so definitely an improvement on that.5 -
Thanks for the tip. I have just tried doing this. It worked adding the card to my secondary account and sending the £5 to my primary account and did not charge a fee for this. However when I receive the money in my primary account a 45p fee has been charged there. Is there a way of avoiding this fee?bidger said:I get the £5 Mastercards - you need two PayPal accounts. Log into your secondary one and add the virtual MC as a new card. Then send the £5 to your primary account. Instant cash and no fees! The important part is to add it as a card, which means a bit of faffing deleting them afterwards but the whole thing takes about 30 seconds. Good idea to top up an Amazon account with it too.0 -

I got an email from the digital wallet people with a US phone number and told them that was no good so they asked me to send the email from Swagbucks. I was just doing that and clicked on the one with a link and it said it had expired and would I like a new one. I said yes and it sent it and I thought I'd have another go so I could send them a screenshot too - but it worked!squiggles said:
I’ve encountered the issue today ‘oops there’s a problem’ big red page. It looks like I’ve lost my reward card too. Pleased it was only £5 and not more.HanSpan said:I've still not managed to get at the £5 mastercard I bought - Swagbucks directs me to the payment people, they are now just ignoring me
I went back to the claim reward email and started from the beginning of the claim process a few times, after 5 times I was sent a log in code to my email addy to verify myself, eventually managed to log in my digital wallet, no MasterCard there, only the claimed ones with zero balance that I’ve already cashed in. Unaware who the problem lies with, swagbucks or digital wallet.
I have no idea whether it was just time that fixed it or whether the digital wallet people had done something!
Anyway I'd write to the digital wallet people. Swagbucks told me there was nothing they could do. You could maybe skip the inbetween email exchanges I had and attach the reward emails before they ask for them to save yourself some time!0
