About a week ago my access to Peanut Labs surveys was suspended.I was told this was temporary and my access would be restored after 5 days.
The webpage showed the days of suspension counting down from 5 to 1, until this was showing zero days, at which point I anticipated I would once again be able to complete Peanut Lab Surveys. However, this has not happened and it appears I am still suspended, although I have still been able to complete Gold and Theorem Reach surveys as normal.
I'm wondering what I can do about this. I've sent off an enquiry to SB's querying my continued suspension, but have yet to receive a reply.
I was wondering if anybody else has had this problem, and whether it was resolved satisfactorily, or not?
    Thank you.

Do you have any trouble completing userzooms, I've had two of the banking ones where there's nothing left to click except the success or similar button and they just freeze and won't complete? Others have just ended themselves and paid.
Have had 3 of the banking ones now, all have paid after I used the reset/restart option that shows on one of the pages (just had to click through the survey again - thought that was an issue with my pc as I had problems elsewhere)

That`s nothing to do with the continue button is it? If so i`m having the same problem

No, if I remember I had used continue but something wasn't working correctly - closing the survey window down revealed the reset/restart option on the page underneath - that reopened the survey and accessed the final questions about the options that had been chosen and how easy it had been to decide which ones to choose
  • I tried to log in this evening and recieved a message that my account has been deactivated. I emailed customer support and they replied within a few minutes that it is standard procedure and I need to in a picture of a photo ID? Has anyone else had this?

Userzoom banking survey Survey 5413085, this time only 50sb for '20' mins.
This time I accidently had the two tabs open on separate monitors, so I saw that the survey told me that the task was completed on one tab whilst the banking tab stayed open and looked like it had frozen!
