The only time I’ve heard of having to send ID is when 2 users from the same household each have an account and have to prove they are 2 separate people.

Now and again somebody would be asked to prove themselves by waiting for a postcard to arrive and then entering a PIN, or something like that.  Never happened to me (although having said that, it probably will next week!).

My swago on the list of activities, the side list, still has the red LIVE! box next to it and the blurb next to my swago board says

Your Swago Board is active from July 27 at 12AM PT through August 5 at 12AM PT.

Hooray!  Yes, I don't have it in the sidelist, but in the top-left scroller it appears, and indeed when I click through the Swago board has been reinstated ready for me to claim, and it now says "Your Swago Board is active from July 27 at 12AM PT through August 5 at 12AM PT" as you say.  They must have had a load of complaints, so they've extended the deadline.  I've managed to reach my second target today (had a home page 70SB survey, which never credits but Customer Services credited me very quickly when I raised a ticket) so I'll take the risk and cash in my Swago board first thing tomorrow.  Many thanks for the heads-up!  (It would have been nice if they had responded to my ticket saying what had happened, though.)

And I have now had an e-mail from Customer Services apologising, and saying what they have done.  Must have been a busy day for them.

Ive just purchased tonight, a Smarty SIM card for £10, and got 500sb even though the click through said 300 and something. 

I had a 20sb swagup for sending a receipt so I sent the online purchase receipt I’ve just been sent 20 minutes ago from Smarty and you never guess what? Swagbucks has declined my receipt🤪

No Smarty isn’t on the list but I did receive an email prior from swagbucks thanking me for my purchase and would I like to upload my receipt. That is the reason I uploaded it as I thought it could have been a new addition to the list especially as the swagbucks cash back amount  isn’t up to date. 

I got the 500sb credited straight away and not pending for being in Topaz group.
