My sister has just applied for the Reg Saver ISA. It wont accept her NI number for some reason.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Just applied for the Ford Money Regular Saver. Application acknowledged by email. Just waiting fr the secure message to say account opened.

Can anyone clarify the "month" meaning as used by Ford? If I deposit £250 before the end of May, can I deposit a second £250 on 1 June (and on each 1st of the month until 1 May 2018)? Or will the next £250 only be accepted on the date a month after the first payment?

I've looked at the T and Cs and it is not clear. They don't use the term "calendar month" which other providers tend to use.

The terms mention "anniversary month". Therefore I guess you will have to wait until 23 June before you can make the second deposit; assuming that your first deposit goes in today.

I can't be the only one who has sent money to the Ford Regular Saver using the application reference only? I did this at the end of the application with the big bolded information on screen and only after closing this am I seeing the email which states that it's supposed to include your surname too.

Not sure if the payment will be accepted now and I guess I'll be waiting a few days to get my details in order to check online.

Thanks. I will look again at the T and Cs. I missed that.

    The T&C do say
There is no limit to the number of deposits you can make per anniversary month as long as you don’t exceed £250 in total over the month.
which, I think, means they use the date to define the month. In which case no you can't add another £250 until the same date next month.

Edit - I see I was slow off the mark - already answered above!

My initial payment to my flexible saver was done as per the initial email to application reference only and it has made it into my online banking.

It mentions in the T&Cs about anniversary months so if funded today you won't be able to fund it again till the 22nd June, if you funded it with the full allowance of £250, you could of course fund next months on the 1st July as it will be between your funding dates 22nd - 21st, of each month.
