I can't be the only one who has sent money to the Ford Regular Saver using the application reference only? I did this at the end of the application with the big bolded information on screen and only after closing this am I seeing the email which states that it's supposed to include your surname too.
Not sure if the payment will be accepted now and I guess I'll be waiting a few days to get my details in order to check online.0 -

Can anyone clarify the "month" meaning as used by Ford? If I deposit £250 before the end of May, can I deposit a second £250 on 1 June (and on each 1st of the month until 1 May 2018)? Or will the next £250 only be accepted on the date a month after the first payment?
I've looked at the T and Cs and it is not clear. They don't use the term "calendar month" which other providers tend to use.
The T&C do sayThere is no limit to the number of deposits you can make per anniversary month as long as you don’t exceed £250 in total over the month.
Edit - I see I was slow off the mark - already answered above!0 -

My initial payment to my flexible saver was done as per the initial email to application reference only and it has made it into my online banking.0 -

It mentions in the T&Cs about anniversary months so if funded today you won't be able to fund it again till the 22nd June, if you funded it with the full allowance of £250, you could of course fund next months on the 1st July as it will be between your funding dates 22nd - 21st, of each month.

So you will substitute your terms for theirs!
Not a substitution (other than to make it clear in my post), it is interpretation.
"One" = "An"
If they said "One account" it would be a different kettle of fish.
But like karlie88, that is also the last I'm going to say about the matter... at least for now"In the future, everyone will be rich for 15 minutes"0 -
In the email, they recommend sending copies of the original ID documents but it doesn't say anything about getting it certified.0
