says "please wait until your existing account has matured on 30th November 2016"
Not sure if that means the system will let me open one on 30th or wait til the 1st.0 -

Same as mine.
I assumed that it meant that the 1st of December was the earliest that you could open another - fingers crossed you're correct so thanks for the heads-up.0 -
A line has appeared on my Leeds BS Issue 3:
01/11/2016 BON RAT CHG DEC
There is no amount next to this, so I assume this is just the bonus period resetting? The interest was paid correctly.0 -

If ayone is visiting a branch soon, could they get their passbook updated? I understand every line online corresponds to a link printed in the passbook. The printed version may give more details about the new rate.0 -

Only with a shifty bunch like the Leeds BS. Yorkshire BS and Coventry BS have kept long-term regular savers paying over 3%.0 -

Info for the first posts - you can no longer open a Norwich & Peterborough Gold Classic Account. This means you cannot open a Gold Savings Account unless you already have a Gold Classic account without having previously opened a Gold Savings Account.
I'm not going to say it definitely should come off the list, but obviously that criteria hugely limits those that can open one.0 -

Yorkshire BS Issue 1 is 3.75% with bonus on balances up to £20,000.
Coventry Regular Savings account is 3.1% - what were the conditions on this account (when was it available?), was there a maximum balance?
Norwich and Peterborough - 3.25% on the closed Family Regular Savers? Was there conditions on the balance of this account?0
