I've never seen any from either Debt Logic or Vanished Debt Recovery, they must be really small fish.0 -

I notice from your signature that you worked for APCOA
I'm a former APCOA employee, now working in a Legal firm in the North West.
I am not a solicitor, and do not give legal advice.
I must admit, not something I would want on my CV, but regardless, your header for this thread says ....

Why ask that when you probably know the answer already ???0 -

Also, I worked for APCOA some time ago. Things change.
And, who are the main four0 -
You see them from do work for the likes of ARD Park and parking awareness.ashley_cohen wrote: »I've never seen any from either Debt Logic or Vanished Debt Recovery, they must be really small fish.
Leanne Kemp (sole director) is rather dense.0 -
DRP/Zenith, Trace, ZZPS and DCBL are the big four.
MIL have fallen off the radar since mid 2017, when the DVLA made transparently clear that third parties couldn't "buy" parking debts. Expedion (CEL's pet) has fallen by the wayside, and we al knwo what happened to Roxburghe, rising like a phoenix from the flames. Equita seem to have given up now ParkingEye aren't part of Crapita any more though if a PE case goes to a DCA, it's a sure sign they won't sue.
I would expect to see Moorcroft, Lowell and Avantis dipping their toes, as well as a few other bigger firms, but apparently they don't want to know.0 -

OK, well of course Lowell will take on any old bit of rubbish
So, the solicitor you are working for, are they involved in the Parking scam. Who is running the current Cartel ?0 -

The answer is no, we (the company) don't do Parking. More Immigration, Family, Conveyancing, and Criminal, which is where I'm an Associate CILEX doing my Police Station Rep and Prison law accreditation. Which means that while I won't find out what it's like to have Bubba follow me into the shower, I'll be dealing with people who do.
Parking Law is just an interest, because having been on both sides of the fence, I can see how wrong (both morally and legally) the conduct of the PPCs is.
Not going to say much more, as I appear to already have a pet stalker who will no doubt start ringing round firms in my area, asking who I am
