How many DCA's are PPC Bottom Feeders?

Hello all
I've been a long-time lurker here, but decided for new year to actually get posting.
I've had a couple of ideas for dealing with (as in attacking) DCA's, rather than simply ignoring them. One of these includes pointing out to the DCA that section 22.2 of the IPC ATA COP doesn't allow the debt to be "sold" or assigned to debt collectors, which could cause DRP no end of problems.
But the question is how many Debt Collectors are there out there doing the PPC bidding.
I have four in mind, DCBL, DRP, Trace and ZZPS.
MIL seem to have gone inactive after a well-reported hefty loss in 2017, Equita seem to have gone quiet since ParkingLie got sold by Capita and i'm not aware of any others.
Do Gladstones still sell their letterheads to DRP for fake LBCCC's?
Thanks in advance folks, just trying to see what I can do

I do agree that is it now time to attack the idiotic DCA's
You see, the IPC is a dinosaur scam outfit who are past their sell by date, just the same as the BPA.
The PPC 's are not selling to DCA's nor are they being assigned.
They are simply being passed to DCA's in the hope some will pay
The DVLA must give permission for the PPC to sell the debt.
However, given the MIL fiasco, that will never happen again unless the DVLA want egg on their faces. Plus, I am sure the DVLA has no trust in PPC's
It is the same old DCA's with new ones popping in and out and Yes the incompetent Gladstones still pimp out their letterheads.
What you suggest above would not work as it does nopt happen
Although, there are some who think that CPplus are selling to DCBL. If so, DCBL will become another MIL
Legally, to sell or asign a debt, both seller and buyer must advise the person concerned of this.
However with the PPC mentality and as they lack the stuffing being their ears, anything could happen0 -
MIL were buying and being assigned. The other are not so. They are just being employed for their services. Hence they are toothless and cannot take court action in their own name.0

DRP/Zenith are (still) claiming that the debt has been assigned, that is "sold" to them in their correspondence. I have a few examples...
A DCA Lying is as bad as a DCA buying an unsaleable debt, in the eyes of Trading Standards and/or the courts.0 -
Show us those examples. I have NOT seen DRP use the word 'assigned'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Zenith: NOTICE OF DEBT RECOVERY ASSIGNMENT
White letters on a black background, on a letter dated 23 December 2019.
I can't put a copy up, because i don't have enough posts.
But DRP are the same company as Zenith, as all here know. So if Zenith are claiming it, so are DRP, if not in their first letter then in later ones.0 -
Post up a broken link ... and/or drop the http and www bits0

NEWBIES - HOW TO UPLOAD LINKS TO PHOTOS/SCANS TO MSE
To upload a photo/scan link, you first need to host it on a free photo hosting site (like Dropbox, Imurg ), copy the URL, paste it here, but change the http to hxxp and we'll do the conversion. Newbies can't directly upload links to photos/scans until they've a few posts under their belt.

I'm sure I'm not misunderstanding the meaning of the words in the black box, am I?0 -
The image without the Reference Number...

I would have redacted the reference number0
