  • A few years ago now (actually I remember it was 2013 as I was pregnant and ill!) we did a Christmas card swap and I was wondering if anyone would like to do that again this year? I am happy to organise it. I would pull names out of a hat and match pairs to send Christmas cards to each other. Not a problem if you guys aren't keen but thought i'd check as it was a nice thing to do xx
I would be interested in taking part in the card swap, it is a nice thing to do xx

Ok that was easier than I thought 😂 I’m sure it used to be harder to add a pic so I never did it. The second picture looks pretty dark, but it’s really nice when you are sitting in the living room and I also have Fairy lights on some twigs I put on every night in the other corner.  I’m not lighting the pillar candles until near the end of autumn, I’m happy just burning my jar from home bargains.
    That looks so pretty.
I said to husband I really want to start making more of an effort with decorating for the seasons especially after the rubbish year we have had so far

Could I ask a question too please

    I’m after ideas

I want to get something for my best friend For Christmas. (she’s been my best friend for over 20 years) She lost her dad when she was mid 20’s and her mum has recently been diagnosed with lung cancer.
I want to put something together for her for Christmas to let her know I’m thinking of her as I don’t expect they will get out much to do shopping etc this year.
    But I’m stumped.....
What about a nice hamper, but with a few extras like funny games, quizzes and jokes , so they DJ have a bit of fun.
