  • Thanks @jwil😸
I've been looking at it a few times , and it does look positive . It seems that they have seen sense in making a provisional decision by the 246 pages in this case so far . Far better than just " we regret .." etc which I was expecting . I'm not sure of how much I would be entitled to , or if I get back pay .  I'll see what citizens advice say .
Btw ,  listened to the Americana album by offspring and it is still very good in places , but I can see why I stopped after that . My friend gave me a greatest hits compilation on MP3 .ill check that out too if I can find it 😼

I've got time on my side etc and expect CAB to contact me in a few days or so . It could be a bit longer as I imagine they've got loads going on etc plus Easter weekend .

It's pretty standard for it to be reviewed every two years so a year a appeal isn't surprising in all honesty. At least you know you would get 12 months without them challenging it.

  • Thanks @Sarahwithlove😼
Having checked it over , it seems I've done remarkably well in the circumstances and should accept and wait till next year . It's nice to know that it will be backdated ,but not sure how long . Whether it's 3 months or whatever .

Yesterday I have been sorting out the flat once again , due to the extra space by having the monstrosity of that old boiler removed . What I did yesterday , was to make my bedroom the best it has been since I moved in . The kitchen the same . The bathroom has always been good . Living room always good . I only have to make one decision which I can change at any time : I can leave my computer in the gas / music room , or I can put that into the front room and put the 2 chair beds into the gas  room. This would mean that I have everything in the front room which is the best room of the flat . I'll think about it after I've done my exercises this morning .
Today is good Friday . I'm hoping that the party boy upstairs doesn't kick off again with another one . I bumped into the snoop neighbour next door who is on the board of directors of the managing agents. I let him know the score, minus the marching powder.
He doesn't like the druggie . What was interesting for me though , was that he seems to be fed up with my other neighbours . I was telling him that they've been very good over the last few weeks . Oh well.  I'm just a little on edge about this weekend , hoping that the party boy behaves himself .
anyway, have a good day 🌝😼

Hope you have a good weekend and the neighbours are quiet.  I'll have to see if Americana is on prime and have a listen.  It's nice rediscovering old music!
