Having Wednesday off has made this week go really quickly, I'm very glad it's the weekend though. Same again next week which will be nice!
I've got lots of listing to do, and otherwise just carry on with the tidying and cleaning. After little miss's birthday next weekend I plan on putting up the Christmas decs. I wanted to start putting up some lights, but DH is refusing as our rule is after her birthday.
I want to make sure I've got everything that needs to be posted so I can start posting those off to relatives as well.
Have a good weekend everyone"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee5 -

I must say I've been guilty of keeping stuff because I don't want to put it in the bin too. I do now realise that there's no point in using my house as a landfill site if nothing else can be done with the item!

This morning I have done a deep clean of the front room. Pulled out as much of the furniture as I could to clean behind it, wiped down the skirting boards and cleaned the windows. It's still a bit messy, but at least it's all clean now. It's ready for putting up the Christmas decorations now 🎄🎄 DH is in the middle of sorting some stuff, hence the mess, but hopefully once that's done, it will be tidier again."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Well we managed to get some of our lights up yesterday, so that's a bit cheerier now
We'll save the tree and the rest of the decs until after little miss's birthday.
I'm doing some more listing today. Loads of the items I listed last week are selling (it's the kids stuff) so I'm going to have a nice job of packing this week! DH's stuff continues to trickle out too, so it's all going the right way.
I've ordered some more gifts today, and so just have a few to get now. I'm going to try and get the wrapping done too. I've got to go to the farm shop at some point to order our turkey joint and get a sack of potatoes, then most of the food will be done too. I need to wrap and post the ones that need to go elsewhere as a minimum!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do".
