Good to hear you're feeling a bit better. These are certainly trying times for everyone. I'm trying to keep busy and have some sort of routine, not easy when you're on your own. Neighbours and friends have been extremely kind and have all offered help. I get a phone call every day so at least I get to hear a friendly voice.

It was quite emotional last night seeing and hearing all the clapping going on. Lovely that people everywhere took part.
I've started re-reading Stephen King's The Stand. It's very close to the bone at the moment. One of my favourite books though.
Thank goodness it's Friday."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee5 -

Well that's the first full week done. I'm really pleased it's over, and it made a difference to have a couple of chats with colleagues this afternoon.
I've written my 'to do' list for next week to try and focus more on what I need to do. Then two weeks off.
I'm going to chill out this weekend and try and potter about and spend time with the kids.
I went to Morrisons and was quite impressed with their organisation and levels of stock. I only didn't manage to get 2 items on my list. They were still lacking in the usual items, but it wasn't stuff I needed. I was amazed how cheap fuel was when I went past, I haven't seen it that low for years!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do".
