I can't get used to working from home, the house is too quiet. I do like the pottering about though.
Hope DD's knees aren't too sore today x6 -

Happy Good Friday everyone! Hope everyone is well. I'm off now until the 19th, so very pleased. I think I will have to go and try and finish a report I was writing, but I'll do that at a convenient time for me."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". DH was furloughed for the day today so we decided to go to the coast. We stayed in our district, so still local. The tide was in which was unusual, and it was so lovely just to sit and watch the waves. I've missed that! It also meant we got to give his car a good run, and we're both happy that it's running better after it's hugely expensive repair. There is possibly more to be done though - it will need a new starter motor and sounds like a wheel bearing.
My anxiety is still high. I was hoping it would reduce once the kids were back at school. I'm thinking that if it doesn't get any better over the next couple of weeks while I'm off, then I'll go to the GP. It's horrible feeling rubbish all the time. In the meantime I'm going to make the effort to try and break the cycle while we are off - take the time to read my book, do the exercises, do some relaxation and just chill out etc."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do".
