Happy half term! It's nice not to have to work or homeschool
My anxiety is up again, so I'm going to keep busy and distract myself. Not sure what's going on there. My ipad is due today, so hopefully that will keep me occupied later! It's dry today, so I'll have another go at the patio, getting some fresh air and activity at the same time.
6 items sold yesterday, so that's some more going which is always good. Little jwil's having a facetime with one of his friends soon, so hopefully he will enjoy that. The kids are both struggling a bit now, and want to be back at school. Fingers crossed only 3 weeks to go.
My folks did get their jabs yesterday, hurrah! I'm in group 6 so hopefully might receive an invite in the next few weeks. I think part of my anxiety stems from the fact that if DH and I got covid at the same time, or had bad cases, we have no one locally who could help with the kids, so it's very worrying. Hopefully if at least one of us has had the vaccine, that will take that aspect of worry away. DH won't be til later in the year just whenever they do his age band."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". I've done a survey which should net me £3 towards my ipad bill. I've still been doing my PADs otherwise as well.
Today I need to sort out little jwil's birthday presents and get them ordered.
I've just looked at my credit reports and finally see that a refund has been applied to one of my accounts. I got sent a letter about it sometime last year and it has been on my 'to do' list for weeks, to find the letter and ask why it hasn't been applied. Finally my balance and their balance largely tally. That's a relief and one less thing I need to do."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". You're doing really well Jwil. Hope the anxiety eases up a bit soon. Hopefully a week of no homeschooling and work will help you to relax & enjoy the days, so may help the anxiety slightly. Fingers crossed you get your vaccine soon too.xLBM Aug 2017.

I'm in group5 for vaccine and had mine last week via GP. Letter to book arrived this morning so at least in this area they are doing well. Hope yours won't be too long.5

Well done on the selling on ebay Jwil. I hope you enjoy the break from home schooling. I'm enjoying a break from school schooling 🤣.
I thought I was in group six because of my asthma but they've just announced today that asthma doesn't count unless you've been hospitalised 😥, so I'll be group 8 now based on my advanced age instead.
I hope you get the patio clean as it will look lovely when you can sit out in the spring/summer. It's strange but I feel like spring will never ever come this year, I feel trapped in eternal winter 🤔 . I must be going nuts 🤔 .
